7th International Urban Sketchers Symposium

Manchester School of Art is delighted to be hosting the 7th International Urban Sketchers Symposium between 27 and 30 July 2016.

The International Urban Sketching Symposium is an annual educational event organized by Urban Sketchers, a nonprofit organisation dedicated to fostering the practice of on-location observational sketching.

The goal of the Symposium is to celebrate and practice the art of on-location sketching in the host city. The event offers valuable field-sketching instruction and opportunities for participants to network and socialize. Previous symposia have taken place in Portland, Lisbon, Santo Domingo, Barcelona, Paraty and Singapore.
