My practice is concerned with solitude and the often negative connotations surrounding it. In a world fixated on the loud and the bold I aim to move focus to quietness and introversion believing that this paradigm shift will reveal the importance of aloneness.

Inspired by the sounds and images of natural landscapes I have created a space for audio-visual meditation. The space becomes a refuge from the chaos of the outside world and gives an opportunity to focus on the internal.
