Loran Dunn

Loran is 2017 Screen Daily Star of Tomorrow, and a BFI Vision Award winning Producer. She runs Manchester based production company Delaval Film, listed as one of the Top 50 Most Creative Companies in the Country.

Loran's background is in production on BBC Dramas, independent features and major music promos.

With track record of short film screenings and awards at festivals including Edinburgh International Film Festival, Palm Springs Film Festival and the Best Producer Award at BAFTA accredited Underwire Film Festival.

Loran's first feature "A Deal With The Universe" was the Centrepiece Gala at BFI Flare Festival, and is set for release winter 2018.

She has a creative ambition to bring distinctive films with directorial voice and vision to the big screen. Working closely and creatively with writers and directors to develop story and craft a slate of engaging and authored films with drive.

She is also a Development Mentor at Channel 4ís Random Acts North, and the Producer for ShortFLIX Ė Sky Arts, National Youth Theatre and Creative Englandís new talent scheme.
