Safety Net is an Arts Council funded project to raise awareness of and debate attitudes to mental health. The large scale installation reads THERE IS NO HEALTH WITHOUT MENTAL HEALTH and it has been devised by artist Lynn Setterington and created jointly with 42nd St and students from Textile in Practice at Manchester School of Art and the construction company.
