Caitlin is a Manchester based artist working with photography, printmaking and artist’ books and is a technician in the book binding workshop at Manchester School of Art. Her work explores history, archive, storytelling, language and poetry.
She holds a BA Photography degree from MMU and is currently studying for a Masters degree in Book Arts at Camberwell College of Arts, University of the Arts London. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and is also currently studying for a PGCert in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education at MMU.
Caitlin has exhibited both nationally at Art Bermondsey Project Space in London and internationally at the Manhattan Graphics Centre in New York, USA. She has work in public and private collections, including the University of West England’s Artist Book Collection and the London College of Communication library’s Zine Collection. Her most recent book ‘Skipping Songs’ has been published by Camberwell Press for the South London Gallery’s 2017 Children’s Book Fair.
