The Manchester Declaration was written by Clive Parkinson for The Manchester Institute for Arts, Health & Social Change. This work brings together the thinking and aspirations of citizens and workers from Greater Manchester who are connected by their belief that the arts, culture and heritage are a key feature of 21st century health and social care. It is a call for action over a five year period.
