Significant Others: Maud Sulter in Relation (symposium)

Symposium hosted by Glasgow Women's Library in association with the Dept of Art History at University of St Andrews on the work of the late artist and writer Maud Sulter (1960-2008). Organised to coincide with an exhibition of Sulter's 1993 work 'Significant Others' as part of the MLitt Museum and Heritage Studies student project, the symposium included presentations by Tomiwa Folorunso, Natasha Thembiso Ruwona, Tako Taal and Camara Taylor and a roundtable discussion with the presenters and Prof Dorothy Price and Prof Susannah Thompson, chaired by Dr Tiffany Boyle and Dr Catherine Spencer.
