Super-Collider

BA Graphic Design

For first year graphic design students in the first half of Unit X, they are challenged to work within groups and make a series of idents to be used by Super-Collider, a boundary-blurring design festival which explores contemporary moving image pieces from emerging artists.

The idents must represent the motion festival and respond to this year's design values: experimental and adaptive. The project is also a competition, with the winning group's series of idents being utilised by the festival during the final screening, the winning set selected by our Super-Collider partner Catharine Braithwaite.
