Artists Stories Residency at Ruthin Craft Centre October 2015

Rachel Kelly was invited to undertake a 4 day residency at Ruthin Craft Centre. the main aim was to enable Rachel to explore new ideas for wall coverings and to enable the participants to take part in the process of creating a site specific feature wall.

Rachel developed new decals which she tested during the residency. The decals enabled the decorative application of precious metal foils to wall surfaces.

Participants from the public and Manchester School of Art were invited to work with Rachel for two days during the residency.
