This poster presentation documents the establishment and exceptional growth of colleagues achieving Advance HE Senior Fellowship via professional dialogue at Manchester Metropolitan University since 2021. Since 2021, 78% of Senior Fellowship applications have been via professional dialogue.
Using service data from the past 3 academic years, and data from institution-wide research into experiences of colleagues gaining Senior Fellowship via dialogue, the poster explores the profile of those gaining SFHEA via this route, their reasons for choosing a professional dialogue route and the impact of the process.
