Circus, presents art as performance through the power of storytelling, 'The best stories draw on the familiarity of past traditions, connect with contemporary details and offer a glimpse of the future.' This exhibition examines how the most compelling stories and experiences live in the moment, the here and now, and create memories that are timeless. The exhibition 'Here and Now' draws upon the mythic and folk narrative to examine contemporary event. Thread is uses for its metaphorical force and as an agent to engage, react and contribute to the contemporary debates around territory and cultural identity. Thread is a symbol of unity, medium of entrapment and tension and filament of game playing.
