From The World Without Us looks to incorporate notions of 20th century speculative fiction alongside Edmund Burke's 18th Century ideas of the sublime and contemporary ecological and philosophical ideas of Cosmic Pessimism, reimagining and interpreting them as a dynamic audio/visual live performance, in keeping with Burke's ideas on experiencing the sublime.
