All about Us (board game)
The ‘All about Us’ board game invites you to explore and reflect on your life, on past experiences, current feelings and future wishes, with family and friends in a convivial and equitable setting. The game was developed and evaluated with people with dementia in the UK, Germany, The Netherlands and Spain. It integrates ideas of life-storytelling and mindfulness to help people refocus following the dementia diagnosis to take a positive attitude and manage their lives with confidence.
All about Us was developed by the MinD project team and funded by the European Commission GA691001. It is published by Relish.
