Storehouse Editions

With Newspaper Club and Catalog Bookshop

Storehouse Editions is an annual educational and research informed project with 2nd year art, design and fashion school students at Manchester School of Art and Manchester Fashion Institute exploring independent publishing through multidisciplinary approaches and practices. Each year, students thematically explore a relative subject matter, studying the shifting and expansive landscape of magazines and how these can be tools for communication and dissemination of ideas. This year's theme focuses on the 'mundane and magnificent'. The Storehouse project stems from a wider body of research related work by Adam Griffiths that explores experimental, independent publishing practice and its relationship with contemporary visual culture.
