Out of Schools

Showcasing the work of schools, colleges and community groups

Since 2007 the Out of Schools exhibition has been showcasing the art works of schools, colleges, and community groups in Manchester School of Art’s professional gallery spaces. In 2016, we have expanded our offer to those who work within the creative and cultural sectors to showcase work produced by young people across our city. We will provide a platform for the creative achievements of young people in Manchester to be seen, heard, read, played, touched, explored and admired!

We will be opening our doors to the public over the Easter Holidays offering young people, families, schools and colleges the opportunity to come and view the diverse and creative displays while also engage with a series of events, workshops and creative activities. Come and get involved in our Art School Take Over, get creative and watch our exhibition grow!

If you would like to come and get involved or visit the show we are open to the public between 4th – 9th April and have a special Young Creatives Day on Saturday 9th. If you have any queries or would like to access the Peppered Moth school resources please email Elle Simms.
